Yep, in denial of winter. I put some pretty spring tulips in the bead shop (plus all the usual flowers!). I know, I should be belting out Christmas stuff but… really, I’m all about the pretty flowers.
And I’m feeling contrary.

I went on this crazy butterfly cane making binge last week. This resulted in five different butterfly canes (and a monarch from a few weeks ago) in my Claychicks shop. It also resulted in new little butterfly beads in my Tooaquarius shop. Each bead really is a slice off of a butterfly cane, no background. And the canes are part of my ongoing experiment to make easier to use, less “halo” background clay.
The snowmen? Yeah they’re just in there for cuteness. Also in the two Etsy shops – as a cane and a cute little bead.
It’s been a crazy week but even in the crazy I’ve been making tons of beads! A few of the new ones are up on my Etsy site.
This week we have the What’s New in ArtFire shop. And that would be some new canes and some more swirlies in my fave colours, turquoise and coffee brown.
Of course, this is just a few of the items in my ArtFire shop and you can find most of these in my Etsy bead or cane shop as well. Not all of them but most of them.
Since I was on such a caning spree the last week or so, I reduced, wrapped, photo’d and updated the little web shop. Next on the list is make sets to send on to the Claychicks!
Here’s what’s new or refilled in the shop:

All of these can be nabbed in the shop – in the last page of the flower canes, roses or bugs and critters category, respectively.
