Ah, the nitty gritty. Take a look at the Shop’s Payment and Shipping policies before making or finalizing that purchase. All of us will be happier. If you have any questions about it drop me a line.

Payment

All prices on this site are listed in Canadian dollars. For a quick conversion between your currency and CDN$ try here.

Paypal

The shopping cart on this site is setup to use PayPal. PayPal is a nifty way of making payments online and it’s my preference, especially for international purchases. You can sign up free at www.paypal.com.

Credit Card and Other Methods

Alternately, the cart here uses the PayPal IPN which means you can use your credit card to pay for purchases without having to register for a PayPal account. If you experience problems with either method, please contact me so we can sort it out.

If PayPal doesn’t interest you I will accept international money orders or cheques in Canadian funds. I can’t ship before these clear the bank completely and this can take some time.

Finally, if you live in Canada, I can accept email Interac payments. Please email me to get the details for this straightened out.

Shipping

I ship within two business days after payment clears – if that’s a personal cheque, it may be up to two weeks after I’ve received it. Please use PayPal or email Interac to ensure the fastest transaction possible.

I use Canada Post for shipping. Domestic shipping is by best means. All international packages go Light Packet Air if possible. Canada Post’s website says that packages to the US take 4-10 business days normally and I’ve found that to be true.

For International customers – all brokerage, customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping Overcharges

My shipping charge is a combination of postage and handling. My handling charge covers the costs of mailers, boxes and envelopes – it averages around $.50 to .75 a package. I will refund shipping that is more than $1 over my cost (postage and handling).

Refunds & Returns

If your package is not to your satisfaction please let me know. We can discuss whether a return and refund or a replacement or some other solution is needed.
